About the position

The Governance & Enablement team is seeking an experienced administrative and project support professional to assist in coordinating complex projects and communications between various stakeholders. This role involves creating presentations, organizing data, and ensuring effective communication across teams, contributing significantly to the success of National Integration Services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and project support to the Governance & Enablement team.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and organize data and information.
  • Assist in coordinating between the Governance & Enablement team and various stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate and report information between NIS leadership and product teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of communications while managing competing demands.
  • Coordinate special projects in support of National Integration Services and its stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present clear and graphically sound project materials related to group projects and programs.
  • Compose and edit correspondence with high standards for grammar and formatting while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Manage calendar and scheduling for leaders, including preparing meeting materials and handling requests.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings with Event Management, Facilities, and Police Services, ensuring compliance with Bank policies.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of relevant experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong technical proficiency in computer hardware and software, including Windows, Visio, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Proficient in collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Web Conferencing.
  • Analytical proficiency with the ability to translate findings using visual elements like graphs and tables.
  • Ability to multi-task with a heightened attention to detail.
  • Quick learner of business-specific applications and understanding of information security policies.
  • Demonstrated good judgment in seeking help or escalating issues appropriately.
  • Focus on providing high-level service and collaboration while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to create documentation, diagrams, and timelines.
  • Ability to document procedures and seek team input for improvements.
  • Ability to coordinate and work with diverse groups of subject matter experts.
  • Solid business acumen.
