About the position

Infosys is seeking a Product Analyst whose primary responsibility will be to assist clients with strategy definition, value realization, implementation, and operations. The role holder will be a key player in the consulting team, helping to discover and define the problem statement, evaluate solution options, and make recommendations. This position involves creating detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts, as well as implementing the deployment plan. Additionally, the Product Analyst will support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions. Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC, New York, NY, or Jersey City, NJ, or be willing to relocate to the area. The role requires strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to translate business data analysis into actionable tasks. Experience in Agile development frameworks, product lifecycle development, and JIRA is essential. The candidate will also need to have experience with Power BI and a solid understanding of Capital Markets and Credit Rating Agencies. The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods, and the candidate should be able to communicate effectively via telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per job requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to translate business data analysis into actionable tasks.
  • Experience in Agile development framework, product lifecycle development, and JIRA.
  • Experience with Power BI.

Nice-to-haves

  • At least 8 years of working experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
  • At least 6 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Ability to deliver results in a techno-functional role.
  • Proficiency in SQL programming.
  • Deep understanding of Capital Markets and Credit Rating Agencies.
  • Ability to identify risks and issues and propose improvements.
  • Ability to author thorough, detailed, high-quality documentation, including customer journey maps, user stories, use cases, and test scripts.
