About the position

The Product Analyst will work closely with the Product team to manage and deliver digital gaming projects, focusing on product operations, analysis, and reporting. This role involves overseeing in-app casino floors, managing online casino game content, and ensuring optimal user experience through effective UI and UX coordination. The analyst will also lead marketing promotions, manage relationships with stakeholders, and conduct competitor analysis to maintain marketplace awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver on digital gaming projects, product operations, and product analysis & reporting.
• Oversee in-app casino floors including game placements, promotions, and merchandising.
• Manage online casino game content roadmap and support new game launches.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions and sweepstakes execution.
• Act as the first point of escalation for platform providers and vendors.
• Communicate project expectations and requirements to team members and stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, business requests, and functional requirements documents.
• Report on project progress to stakeholders.
• Oversee iGaming portals for optimal performance using data-driven decision making.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and maintain marketplace awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience in product and project management applications.
• Ability to create and manage Gantt Charts and similar project management tools.
• Experience with online UI, wireframe, and mock-up applications preferred.
• Understanding of online project development and management methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in a previous role with the ability to work under pressure.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
