About the position

The Product Analyst at Moody's plays a crucial role in supporting the definition and delivery of digital solutions within the Product team. This position focuses on ensuring collaborative and agile development processes, driving user-centric product experiences, and maintaining clear communication channels among various stakeholders. The analyst will be responsible for translating product visions into actionable components, managing product roadmaps, and facilitating product delivery and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Translate product vision into codable and measurable components with meaningfully sequenced and detailed user stories.
• Liaise across business, design, and delivery partners to ensure clarity of business objectives and user needs.
• Maintain an evergreen Product roadmap and backlog, enabling timely delivery and dependency management.
• Enable product delivery, readiness, and rollout by facilitating demos, overseeing user acceptance testing, and coordinating relevant training efforts.
• Drive a culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred with relevant experience.
• +2 years experience as Product Analyst.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to translate business data analysis into actionable tasks.
• Ability to author thorough, detailed, high-quality documentation, including customer journey maps, user stories, use cases, and test scripts.
• Experience independently managing requirements and design-related activities for complex, multi-business, multi-system initiatives.
• Experience in Agile development framework, product lifecycle development, and JIRA.
• Finance/Accounting and/or Data background a plus.
