About the position

The Sr. Product Analyst at Infosys is responsible for collaborating closely with customer organizations and product engineering teams to evaluate and enhance the product offerings. This role focuses on understanding customer needs and market competition to identify essential, differentiated, and innovative features for product development. The position requires a strong background in product management, particularly within the healthcare domain, and involves working in a global delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the product against current and future customer needs.
• Identify essential, differentiated, and innovative features for product development.
• Collaborate with customer organizations and product engineering teams.
• Facilitate architecture design discussions and decisions with key stakeholders.
• Develop and deploy software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications.
• Integrate SaaS products with on-premise systems.
• Work with legacy and web-based systems interfaces and APIs.
• Write EPICs, features, and user stories in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• 4 years of experience working in Payer, Provider, or PBM organizations.
• 3+ years in a Product Management environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and deploying SaaS applications on public cloud platforms.
• Experience in legacy and web-based systems interfaces and APIs.
• Working knowledge of EPIC, FEATURE, and User Story writing.
• Sound knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies.
