About the position

The Product Analyst at Stefanini Group will be a key member of the Originations Transformation team, focusing on supporting the Contract Booking and Funding journey. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the new platform meets user needs and aligns with business objectives. The analyst will advocate for the product vision and execute the strategic direction and roadmap, playing a critical role in delivering data-driven insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing existing processes and helping to create future state process maps
• Reviewing and validating finalized future state process maps
• Collaborating with product managers and development teams to define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features related to booking and funding user-interface
• Configuring and reviewing our new platform and building workflows
• Updating process documentation post-configuration
• Performing testing - Business sign-off and informing business stakeholders
• Formalizing design decisions
• Refining the product backlog
• Building integrations for validated business processes

Requirements

• Experience with working with agile software delivery teams
• Experience with UAT testing and/or configurations
• Experience working and monitoring product performance
• Ability to work with multiple functional areas, including business operations team members, product organization, engineering, User Experience (UX)/User Insights (UI), sales, customer support, finance, or marketing
• Effective and inclusive when working in teams with diverse backgrounds to execute on a shared vision
• A results-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach.
