About the position

The Product Analyst position at CereCore focuses on the migration of 190 hospitals to the Meditech Expanse Electronic Health Record system. This role involves overseeing the build, configuration, and interface testing of the Mobile Heartbeat platform as it transitions to Expanse. The analyst will manage small projects, contribute to documentation, and ensure effective communication among cross-functional teams to support the implementation of clinical applications in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with facility migrations to the Expanse platform
• Participate in incident management and resolution
• Contribute to product knowledge base and customer documentation portal
• Coordinate and assist with iMobile project plans and deliverables
• Create meeting content and facilitate project meetings
• Organize and prepare detailed project-specific documentation
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks and timelines are comprehensive and complete
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business and product owner goals

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of experience in a Clinical Informatics setting
• 1+ year(s) of experience in a Hospital or healthcare setting
• Interface or integration experience (understanding data transmission between systems)
• Ability to lead technical conversations
• Attention to detail and ability to follow a project plan
• Experience testing applications and troubleshooting connections or data points
• Experience working in the Healthcare Industry preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
• Proactive in completing work efforts
