About the position

The Product Analyst at Fidelity Investments will play a crucial role in the Enterprise Cybersecurity team, focusing on systems and business analysis, requirements gathering, and agile product delivery. This position involves collaborating with squad leads, engineers, and architects to ensure business objectives are met and to provide value to customers through effective product analysis and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with squad leads, engineers, and architects to ensure business objectives are met.
• Gather and translate requirements into well-defined stories with clear business value and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct independent research and analysis, applying data-driven insights to inform decisions.
• Build domain expertise in the team's products and processes, focusing on data analysis.
• Facilitate sessions with team members, domain experts, and stakeholders to drive strong business outcomes.
• Champion collaboration with partners and stakeholders to enhance product delivery.
• Demonstrate a continuous improvement mentality in business analysis and product ownership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a systems and/or business analyst.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, SnapLogic, Informatica, Tableau, and PowerBI.
• Proficient understanding of agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
• Strong ability to conduct research and analysis independently.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the cybersecurity or financial services industry.
• Certifications such as CSPO, CSM, IIBA (CCBA, CBAP, POA), and Cyber or Technical certificates.
