About the position

The Product Analyst (PA) at TekWisswnGroup is a pivotal role designed for an individual contributor who will work closely with a diverse group of cross-functional partners to enhance the customer experience in alignment with business goals and objectives. This position is responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle for assigned products, from concept to delivery, ensuring that all creative, business, and technical requirements are met. The PA will engage in product scoping, quality assurance, and compliance with established standards, while also providing post-release support. This role requires a strong technical understanding of digital products and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, the PA will partner with the Product Owner to identify key product features that align with business objectives. They will gather and articulate user stories and acceptance criteria based on stakeholder needs, maintaining a keen awareness of industry trends to inform the product roadmap. The PA will also act as a proxy for the Product Owner when necessary, coordinating and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with a focus on enhancing the customer experience. Additionally, the PA will create training materials for internal customers regarding new features and manage third-party solutions to maximize product capabilities. The position also involves executing A/B tests, analyzing findings, and setting up data for lower-level environments to support the Development Team. The PA will serve as the primary point of contact for the Development Team regarding requirement clarifications and will analyze support issues to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Ensuring platform stability and operational integrity is crucial, and the PA will participate in team-based on-call rotations and defect triage to uphold these standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product lifecycle for assigned products with the direction of the Product Owner
  • Partner with Product Owner to determine key product features that achieve business objectives
  • Gather and write user stories and acceptance criteria based on stakeholder needs
  • Maintain industry knowledge and insight to inform product roadmap
  • Identify dependencies and impacts to other areas of the product when working through requirements
  • Proxy for Product Owner when they are unavailable
  • Coordinates and performs UAT with an eye for customer experience
  • Create materials and train internal customers on new features
  • Manage 3rd party solutions to build and maximize product capabilities
  • Execute AB tests and analyse findings
  • Set-up data for lower-level environments in support of Development Team
  • Point of contact for Development Team when requirement questions arise
  • Analyse support issues to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure platform stability and operational integrity via participation in team-based on-call rotations and defect triage

Requirements

  • 2-4 years Product Management, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role experience
  • 3+ years digital experience
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong technical understanding, ability to translate to non-technical partners
