About the position

The Product Analyst at Associated Bank will lead the Pricing Desk for exception pricing needs, including deal review, approval, tracking, and reporting. This role involves data gathering from various sources to provide standard and ad hoc reports, working with management to develop actionable insights to meet the financial needs of the organization. The analyst will also support deposit growth initiatives and maintain exception pricing reports while conducting ongoing portfolio analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pricing Desk lead for exception pricing needs including deal review, approval, tracking, and follow-up reporting.
• Gather data from numerous sources to provide standard and ad hoc reports for the team and partners.
• Work with management to develop clear and actionable insights to drive the financial needs of the organization.
• Act as one of the Commercial Deposit Sales Force administrators to create views and reporting to support deposit growth initiatives.
• Responsible for Commercial Deposit reporting, requests, and inquiries that require database system access and analysis.
• Conduct and maintain exception pricing reports and provide ongoing analysis of the portfolio.
• Compile applicable reports and package materials for the Commercial Deposit Weekly Pricing Meeting.
• Track pricing offers in the market and benchmark against the bank's offers to ensure consistency.
• Complete Pricing Committee Minutes and serve as committee secretary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in a Business/banking; Cash Management or Treasury Management role.

Nice-to-haves

• AAP - Accredited ACH Professional within 2 years (preferred).
• CTP - Certified Treasury Professional within 2 years (preferred).
