About the position

The Product Analyst will join the Originations Transformation team, focusing on supporting the Contract Booking and Funding journey. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the new platform meets user needs and aligns with business objectives. The analyst will advocate for the product vision and execute the strategic direction, playing a critical role in the transformation goals of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Review existing processes and help create future state process maps
• Review and validate finalized future state process maps
• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features related to booking and funding user-interface
• Configure and review the new platform and build workflows
• Update process documentation post-configuration
• Perform testing
• Inform business stakeholders and obtain business sign-off
• Formalize design decisions
• Refine the product backlog
• Build integrations for validated business processes

Requirements

• 3+ years with progressive responsibilities on agile software delivery teams
• Experience with performance testing
• Experience with backlog grooming and management
• Ability to create user stories and process mapping
• Experience with JIRA and Alfa
• A results-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach
• Ability to think strategically with a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
