Duckbill Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Product Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy and development of our innovative platform. This position is remote, with the option to work from our Los Angeles office, and reports directly to the Chief Product Officer. As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for owning and maintaining the operations of our product organization. This includes building and managing dashboards to monitor the performance of new features and user engagement, analyzing experiments, developing rollout plans, and writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). Your role will require close collaboration with various departments, including operations, tech, design, and product teams, to ensure effective communication and successful implementation of product strategies. You will leverage both quantitative and qualitative analysis to gather user feedback, make data-driven decisions, and drive the business forward. In this dynamic role, you will engage in strategic initiatives that combine data analysis with product development, helping to enhance user experience and engagement. You will also assist in setting product goals and KPIs, tracking progress against these metrics, and continuously monitoring product performance to recommend improvements based on data and user feedback. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about product development and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain dashboards to monitor and analyze the performance of new features, rollouts, and user engagement.
  • Write clear and compelling Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to guide product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of PRDs.
  • Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to extract actionable insights for product decisions.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Participate in strategic projects that combine data analysis with product development to enhance user experience.
  • Assist in setting product goals and KPIs, and track progress against these metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a similarly qualified area.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a tech or AI-driven company.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable product insights.
  • Technical proficiency in data analysis, with experience in SQL or the PyData stack being a plus.
  • Comfort with PRD writing and familiarity with product management processes.
  • Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and innovation.
