About the position
The Product Analyst at Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes division is responsible for managing and analyzing large data sets to support key customer analytics. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to enhance database and analytics capabilities, ensuring data integrity and contributing to business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Executing business processes within required timelines with great attention to detail
- Identifying opportunities for process refinement and improvement
- Compiling and submitting database updates via the Jira ticketing system
- Reviewing and validating customer data
- Participating in User Acceptance Testing
- Displaying high degree of ownership for data integrity and analytics tool configuration
- Partnering with cross functional partners to drive overall business objectives
- Participating in new hire training and peer coaching
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in an analytics-based role
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including experience using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working well in a cross-functional environment and building support across a complex set of stakeholders
- Proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent deliverables for different end users
