About the position

As a Product Analyst at EarthLink, you will play a crucial role in providing data and insights that inform wired product decisions. This position involves collecting, organizing, and interpreting product-related data to ensure that products meet customer needs and align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze product-related data from various sources (Snowflake w/ SQL, PowerBI Warehouse, CSV files).
• Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track product performance and user behavior.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support product strategy and decision-making.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for products.
• Maintain accurate documentation of analysis processes, findings, and recommendations.
• Assist in developing and refining internal processes and tools for more efficient product analysis.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
• Previous experience in an analytical role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of product management and development processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Some understanding of subscription-based business models, and telecom industry.
