About the position
The Product Analyst role is designed for an individual who excels in dynamic environments and is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions. Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze product-related data from various sources, including Snowflake w/ SQL, PowerBI Warehouse, CSV files.
- Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track product performance and user behavior.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support product strategy and decision-making.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for products.
- Maintain accurate documentation of analysis processes, findings, and recommendations.
- Assist in developing and refining internal processes and tools for more efficient product analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
- Previous experience in an analytical role and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake) and MS Office Suite, Outlook and other generally used business tools.
- Basic understanding of product management and development processes.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Exposure/understanding of subscription-based business models, and telecom industry.
