About the position

The Product Analyst role at Moody's involves supporting the definition and delivery of digital solutions within the Product team. The position focuses on ensuring collaborative and agile development processes, driving user-centric product experiences, and maintaining effective communication among various stakeholders. The analyst will be responsible for translating product vision into actionable components, managing the product backlog, and facilitating product delivery and training efforts.

Responsibilities

• Translate product vision into codable and measurable components with detailed user stories.
• Liaise across business, design, and delivery partners to ensure clarity of business objectives and user needs.
• Maintain an evergreen Product roadmap and backlog for timely delivery and dependency management.
• Facilitate demos, oversee user acceptance testing, and coordinate relevant training efforts for product delivery.
• Drive a culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience as a Product Analyst.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to translate business data analysis into actionable tasks.
• Ability to author thorough, detailed, high-quality documentation, including customer journey maps, user stories, use cases, and test scripts.
• Experience managing requirements and design-related activities for complex, multi-business, multi-system initiatives.
• Experience in Agile development framework, product lifecycle development, and JIRA.
• Finance/Accounting and/or Data background is a plus.
