About the position

We are seeking a talented Product and Brand Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, product adoption, and market share. The role requires a creative and analytical leader with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and brand positioning. The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate product marketing with brand initiatives to create a cohesive and compelling brand narrative that resonates with our target audience. In this position, the Product and Brand Marketing Manager will oversee brand positioning and identity to ensure a strong, differentiated brand presence within our categories. Collaborating with the creative team and channel leads, the manager will ensure that style guides are aligned with brand messages and identity while addressing channel-specific needs. The role also involves overseeing the development and execution of key messages that drive awareness and desire for our brand and products. As a Content Strategist, the manager will shape and execute content strategies that align with organizational goals and resonate with target audiences, delivering insight-rich briefs to inspire creative teams. The manager will lead the marketing team in product launch processes, ensuring that all marketing needs, assets, and commitments are met within product development timelines. This includes developing, coordinating, and executing go-to-market strategies and marketing plans for successful product launches. The manager will collaborate with the product organization on strategic direction, positioning, and messaging of the product portfolio, while also collecting customer stories to create impactful content for sales, marketing, and PR. Additionally, the manager will monitor competitors and act as the main liaison between product and marketing teams, ensuring timely execution of marketing projects and gathering insights for future product and marketing decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, product adoption, and market share.
  • Oversee brand positioning and brand identity to ensure a strong, differentiated brand within categories.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and channel leads to ensure aligned style guides for the brand and applications for each channel.
  • Create clear, focused messages that drive awareness, strong consideration, and desire for the brand and products.
  • Build and maintain brand marketing plan, brand communications calendar, campaign schedule, and IMC process.
  • Shape and execute content strategies that align with organizational goals and resonate with target audiences.
  • Lead the marketing team in product launch processes and ensure all marketing needs, assets, and commitments are met within product development timelines.
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute go-to-market strategies and marketing plans for successful product launches.
  • Collaborate with the product organization on strategic direction, positioning, and messaging of the product portfolio.
  • Collect customer stories and results to create impactful content for sales, marketing, and PR.
  • Monitor and understand competitors within product categories including placement, messaging, and promotional strategies.
  • Act as the main liaison between product and marketing teams within assigned product categories.
  • Gather results from past product launches and use the data for future learnings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or a related role, preferably within the consumer electronics or tech accessories industry.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and brand-building initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Nice-to-haves
