About the position

The Product and Client Relations Manager at EarthCam is responsible for nurturing and extending relationships with clients who host EarthCam's tourism live-streaming content. This role involves presenting key findings to leadership, ensuring clients receive necessary resources, managing the public camera network, advocating for new features, and seeking growth opportunities. The manager will also track client health metrics, manage media outreach, and coordinate marketing campaigns to enhance client engagement and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture and extend relationships with clients hosting EarthCam tourism live-streaming content.
  • Present and influence decision-making and business rationale for leadership.
  • Ensure clients receive appropriate resources from technical, sales, marketing, and PR departments.
  • Manage and strategically expand the public camera network.
  • Advocate for new features and functions for websites and apps to enhance client content delivery.
  • Seek opportunities for growth and revenue generation around EarthCam's live camera network.
  • Expand into new markets and growth verticals in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Use CRM tools to document and track client communication and progress.
  • Manage media outreach for industry press and product launches.
  • Coordinate messaging and logistics for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Drive website engagement, increase adoption, reduce churn, and manage upgrade strategies throughout the customer journey.
  • Track health metrics for existing clients and monitor top-of-funnel campaigns for new business.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows as needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2C or B2B experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in tourism, commercial real estate, hospitality, or international business.
  • Experience in building B2C experiences through customer needs analysis and research.
  • Familiarity with experience design, customer validation techniques, and user research.
  • Aptitude to explain and communicate technical functions and features.
  • Strategic thinker capable of managing tactical change.
  • High emotional intelligence to work effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Understanding of marketing, PR, sales, and client development.
  • Well-versed in brand building and relevant metrics.
  • Results-focused and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Self-starter with a record of successfully initiating new projects and resolving complex issues.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and shift priorities as needed.
