We are seeking a collaborative and client-centric Product and Client Relations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will nurture and extend relationships with clients who host EarthCam tourism live-streaming content, ranging from small businesses to world-leading resorts, destinations, and attractions. You will present and influence decision-making, business rationale, and key findings for leadership, ensuring clients receive appropriate EarthCam resources from different departments including technical, sales, marketing, and PR. You will manage, curate, and strategically expand our public camera network while advocating for new features and functions for websites and apps that help clients deliver live-streaming content to end users. Additionally, you will seek out opportunities for growth and revenue generation built around EarthCam's current live camera network, expanding into new markets and growth verticals in collaboration with the sales team while responding to bids and RFPs. Using CRM tools, you will document and track progress and communication cadence with clients, manage media outreach for key industry press and product launches, and coordinate logistics for integrated marketing campaigns. Your goal will be to win strong industry placements, generate regular reports, drive website engagement, increase adoption, reduce churn, and manage upgrade strategy throughout the customer journey. You will also track health metrics for existing clients while monitoring top-of-funnel campaigns for new business and attend industry events and trade shows as needed.
