About the position

The Product and Development Tech Analyst - Beeline VMS Specialist for MSP Program is a critical role at Randstad, focusing on managing and enhancing the Beeline Vendor Management System (VMS) to optimize Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs. The position requires advanced technical expertise in VMS, a solid understanding of software development methodologies, and experience in leading technical teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The analyst will oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and continuously improving the VMS platform.

Responsibilities

• Guide the VMS-related solutions product roadmap to align with MSP programs and customer requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and implementation teams to establish product strategy and ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of features.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes to balance short-term demands with long-term product objectives.
• Set clear objectives and expectations, provide regular feedback, conduct performance assessments, and create development plans for the team.
• Oversee the configuration, implementation, and management of the Beeline VMS platform for MSP programs.
• Consult on the design of new processes and systems to meet professional standards and desired outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Beeline, ensuring the platform satisfies client-specific requirements.
• Lead teams through Agile or Scrum processes, managing sprints, backlogs, and team ceremonies.
• Serve as a primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Present technical solutions and updates to senior management and clients.

Requirements

• Advanced technical expertise in Beeline Vendor Management System (VMS).
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Proven experience leading technical teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and troubleshooting within the Beeline ecosystem.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

• At least five years of experience in a product or development management role within the software industry.
• At least three years of experience working with Beeline VMS and implementing it within managed service provider (MSP) environments.
• Experience in global MSP programs and contingent workforce solutions.
• Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar).
