The Product and Implementation Analyst at WidePoint Integrated Solutions Corp. is a pivotal role that involves managing integration technical projects from initiation to completion. The analyst will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery within scope and schedule, which includes gathering development requirements, reviewing development efforts, assisting with functionality testing, managing client functionality rollouts and training, and troubleshooting data issues. In this role, the analyst will design and develop end-to-end mobile device management (MDM) architecture, strategies, and solutions tailored to meet the organization's mobility requirements. This includes assessing current MDM systems and technologies, recommending enhancements or replacements to improve efficiency, security, and scalability. The analyst will also define and document MDM architecture standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance requirements. The position requires the development and implementation of MDM deployment plans, which encompass device provisioning, configuration, and ongoing management to ensure consistent and secure mobile device usage. The analyst will define and enforce MDM policies, such as device enrollment, application management, data protection, and remote wipe, to ensure compliance with organizational standards and security regulations. Additionally, the analyst will develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate end-users and administrators on MDM policies, procedures, and self-service capabilities. The role also involves interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. The analyst will develop and implement data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. This includes acquiring data from primary or secondary sources, maintaining data systems, and identifying trends or patterns in complex data sets. The analyst will work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs and locate new process improvement opportunities.
