About the position

The Product and Marketing Data Analyst at Blueprint Health is a pivotal role designed for a self-driven individual who excels in data analysis across product and marketing domains. This position focuses on leveraging data to enhance the therapist enablement platform, driving insights that support key business decisions and strategies. The analyst will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various teams to translate complex data into actionable strategies, ultimately improving user experience and marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Use SQL to create custom queries and visualizations for product and engineering teams.
  • Leverage product analytics tools to track and interpret user interactions, identifying trends for product improvement.
  • Analyze user flows, feature adoption, and customer retention to enhance product experience.
  • Perform A/B testing analysis to evaluate product experiments.
  • Analyze campaign performance across various channels to optimize lead generation and user engagement strategies.
  • Build dashboards and visualizations to track key marketing KPIs.
  • Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to provide actionable insights for budget allocation and campaign improvements.
  • Set up and monitor tracking for digital marketing efforts to ensure accurate performance analysis.
  • Partner with stakeholders across product, marketing, and engineering to align on key metrics and insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to team members and leadership.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in product and marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL with the ability to build and interpret visualizations.
  • Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, and others.
  • Strong business analysis skills focused on data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in predictive analytics and building forecasting models.
  • Familiarity with automating reporting processes or data workflows.
  • Strong data storytelling skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
