As a Product Applications Engineer III at our client, an industry leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance solutions for the medical device market, you will play a crucial role in the Engineering Department. This position involves supporting the Sales team and external customers by acting as a technical expert in customer-facing activities. You will assess customer needs, inform them of the company's capabilities, and review customer-supplied design data for accuracy and manufacturability. Your strong project management abilities and experience with PCB/printed circuits will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes. In this role, you will serve as the technical point of contact for both initial and follow-up discussions with customers. You will perform thorough reviews of customer requirements and provide guidance on the company's capabilities, ensuring that all customer expectations are met. Collaboration with the Sales team will be key, as you will communicate with customers regarding the progress of work orders and address any technical inquiries they may have.
