Responsibilities

- Work independently and manage time effectively to meet performance-based pay expectations.
- Provide proof of previous industry experience related to assembly work.
- Ensure all necessary tools are available and in working condition on the first day.
Requirements
- Proven experience in assembly or related fields such as handyman jobs, carpentry, maintenance work, auto mechanics, or home remodeling.
- Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate to achieve assembly goals.
- Must possess necessary tools including a cordless drill and basic hand tools.
