About the position

The Product Change Development Manager at Mondelēz International is responsible for overseeing the successful completion of product change projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This role involves project governance, budget management, and operational readiness, while also leading cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle process.

Responsibilities

  • Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using appropriate methodology and tools.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks, escalating them to global leads or the program manager when necessary.
  • Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports, and monthly review meetings, leading stakeholder meetings.
  • Lead budget management, resource planning, and utilization.
  • Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live.
  • Own the relationship with external vendors, ensuring quality assurance in all phases of project delivery.
  • Manage a team of Product Change Managers (PCMs) and a portfolio of product projects, delivering projects to market on time, on budget, and in scope.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams through the end-to-end product lifecycle process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of driving effective discussions with project resources at all levels.
  • Strong project planning skills with a proactive approach to identifying risks and managing timelines.
  • Focus on cost, schedule, and quality of project delivery.
  • Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions.
  • Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively.
  • Proven ability to build effective teams across internal and external partners.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with a passion for problem-solving.

Nice-to-haves

  • PMP Certification would be a plus.
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
