The Product Change Engineer role is pivotal in our mission to deliver customized furniture solutions. This position is based at our corporate office in Green Bay, WI, and we are open to candidates at different experience levels, including Associate and Senior levels. The primary responsibility of the Product Change Engineer is to design modified products that align with customer specifications, ensuring they pass all necessary tests, are ergonomically sound, manufacturable, and adhere to budgetary and aesthetic guidelines as detailed in the Product Modification Request. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, although candidates with an Associate's degree in Mechanical Design or a similar discipline will also be strongly considered. A background in the non-residential furniture industry is preferred, with at least three years of relevant experience in a similar role. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Associate's degree in Mechanical Design or a related field is also considered.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the non-residential furniture industry.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the non-residential furniture industry is preferred.
