About the position

In this role, you will serve as ADP's expert on product changes in Retirement Services, assisting clients, advisors, and internal partners with moving products, changing funds, or adding and removing plan-level features. Your main objective will be to help clients and advisors complete plan and fund changes, managing each plan as a mini project. You will be responsible for maintaining ADP's service reputation and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients and advisors with various product and fund changes.
• Create documents for client signatures and input key information into internal systems to complete plan changes.
• Organize and adhere to a daily schedule to manage a high volume of plans, especially during year-end periods.
• Partner with multiple business units and teams for troubleshooting and delivering a seamless client experience.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a client service environment or other business experience.
• Ability to discuss processes and product decisions with the sales force and prospective clients.
• Military experience where skills such as teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through are demonstrated.
