About the position

The Product Change Specialist at ADP is responsible for managing product changes in Retirement Services, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the company's service reputation. This role involves assisting clients, advisors, and internal partners with various product and fund changes, requiring effective communication and organizational skills to handle a high volume of plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients and advisors with product and fund changes in Retirement Services.
• Create documents for client signatures and input key information into internal systems to complete plan changes.
• Organize daily schedules to manage a high volume of plans, especially during peak times like year-end.
• Communicate effectively with clients, advisors, and internal partners to build rapport and trust.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a client service environment or other relevant business experience.
• Ability to discuss processes and product decisions with the sales force and prospective clients.
• Military experience with skills in teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through is acceptable.

• A college degree is preferred but not required.
