About the position

The Product Change Specialist at ADP is responsible for managing product changes in Retirement Services, assisting clients, advisors, and internal partners with various product modifications, fund changes, and plan-level feature adjustments. This role emphasizes client satisfaction and service reputation, requiring effective communication and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients and advisors with managing product and fund changes.
• Create documents for client signatures and input key information into internal systems to complete plan changes.
• Organize and adhere to a daily schedule to manage a high volume of plans, especially during peak times.
• Collaborate with multiple business units and teams to troubleshoot and deliver a seamless client experience.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a client service environment or other business experience.
• Ability to discuss processes and product decisions with sales force and prospective clients.
• Military experience is acceptable, emphasizing teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through.
