About the position

The Product Commercialization Analyst at Paysafe is responsible for the successful launch and commercialization of new products and services. This role involves coordinating activities across various departments, monitoring product performance, and developing effective product positioning and messaging. The analyst will work closely with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Technology Product teams to ensure that products are market-ready and meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the successful launch of new products.
  • Coordinates activities across multiple departments to ensure that new products are brought to market efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitors progress against the product roadmap and tracks financials to ensure teams hit their revenue target with the sales pipeline.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates products in the market.
  • Identify competitive positioning and differentiation versus the market for each core persona.
  • Create and update sales materials in partnership with the marketing team.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of the products to impacted Revenue teams.
  • Develop sales enablement tools that support the selling process.
  • Create content for product collateral, video, web, and social media programs.
  • Partner with Product Management teams on commercialization planning to ensure market readiness.
  • Identify and solve challenges faced by customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study (business, marketing, etc.) or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience in lieu of degree.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a role with similar responsibilities.
  • Experience in the Payments industry is preferred.
  • Ability to shift priorities as business needs dictate and operate with a sense of urgency.
  • Works well in a collaborative environment and contributes to overall business objectives.
  • Professionalism in both routine and highly charged environments.
  • Organized, able to work autonomously, solutions-oriented, and a decision-maker.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a passion for continuous knowledge acquisition.
