About the position

The Product Commercialization Analyst at Paysafe is responsible for the successful launch and commercialization of new products and services. This role involves coordinating activities across various departments to ensure efficient market entry, monitoring product performance against financial targets, and developing effective product positioning and messaging. The analyst will work closely with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Technology Product teams to create sales materials and enablement tools, while also identifying customer challenges and competitive positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the successful launch of new products.
  • Coordinates activities across multiple departments to ensure that new products are brought to market efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitors progress against the product roadmap and tracks financials to ensure teams hit their revenue target with the sales pipeline and ensure tracking against performance of the product.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates products in the market working in partnership with marketing to execute internal and external messaging delivery with the products.
  • Identify competitive positioning and differentiation versus the market and for each of our core personas, content creation working in partnership with our marketing team for drafting and updating sales materials (sell sheets, videos, presentations, etc.), and driving excitement with the various sales channels through product launches.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of the products to each impacted Revenue team and develop sales enablement tools that support the selling process.
  • Create content for product collateral, video, web, and social media programs working in partnership with marketing to execute on delivery.
  • Partner with the respective Product Management teams on the commercialization planning to ensure we're market ready well in advance of the anticipated go-live and anticipate any gaps.
  • Identify and solve the challenges that our customers face; be the expert on your competition and how to win.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study (business, marketing, etc.) or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience in lieu of degree, required.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in role with similar responsibilities, required.
  • Experience in Payments' industry, preferred.
  • Ability to shift priorities as business needs dictate and operate with a sense of urgency.
  • Works well in a collaborative environment; contributes to overall business objectives while promoting a positive attitude and displaying a sense of teamwork.
  • Professionalism in both routine and highly charged environments; adapt accordingly depending on situation and audience.
  • Organized, able to work autonomously, solutions-oriented, decision-maker, and excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and passionate about acquiring continuous knowledge.
