About the position

The Product Communication Manager in Electrification and Energy Solutions (E+ES) is responsible for creating core content, sales support materials, and training to support electrification products and services, including chargers, batteries, and energy storage solutions. This role involves strategic collaboration with various teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Set and determine the strategic direction for core content as part of E+ES Go to Market Deployment Strategy.
• Collaborate closely with Service NPI team, Lifecycle Managers, Component Specialists, Machine Business Divisions, and Digital, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
• Develop product messaging and ensure consistency of message across marketing.
• Collaborate with other Groups Marketing partners to develop, write, and deliver core content and materials such as Unique Selling Propositions, product/service brochures, and sales training materials.
• Work with enterprise process owners and internal and external suppliers to produce, translate, and publish content.

Requirements

• Expert level experience in marketing communications.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy and content strategy.
• Knowledge of Battery Electric Machines and customer purchase criteria and behaviors.
