Greatland Corporation, an employee-owned trusted national leader in web-based products and services for businesses, is seeking a motivated and experienced professional for the Product Compliance Analyst position in our Grand Rapids, MI or Green Bay, WI office. The Product Compliance Analyst is responsible for completing accurate and timely updates to the electronic and paper product lines in order to ensure regulatory and specification compliance. This role involves analyzing information procured from federal and state governmental agencies to determine, document, and implement necessary changes to forms in order to maintain product compliance. The analyst will convey compliance information and coordinate the resolution of product and technical issues with all cross-functional departments. Key responsibilities include researching government websites for applicable information, communicating with agency contacts to validate compliance information, and obtaining forms, instructions, and technical specifications from governmental agencies for form development. The analyst will check, compare, and proofread internally developed forms, manage the external forms approval process, and maintain a database of agency contact information, external approval information, and procurement of forms. Additionally, the analyst will communicate form design industry standards to government agencies and collaborate on form designs and re-designs, ensuring consistent communication with outsource partners regarding compliance issues. The role also requires reviewing requirements from outsource partners for accuracy and consistency, developing and maintaining data-mapping documentation for use by production teams, and coordinating form development and compliance for our Desktop and/or WRC/WageFiler products. For Yearli, the analyst will develop forms using internal development tools, including developing form image design, field types, character sets, and form requirements. The analyst will review government information for changes to forms, specifications, and instructions, make product recommendations, and collaborate with internal developers, technical writers, and testers on product design changes. Furthermore, the analyst will provide form and field information for technical specifications, conduct research to determine revision requirements, and be responsible for printed output from software products, creating and maintaining form files, databases of field information, and supplemental files. Testing product output to validate data placement, formatting, calculations, and compliance with government specifications is also a critical part of this role.
