About the position

As a Product Compliance Assistant at Satechi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company's products meet industry standards and regulations. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of QA and Tech Support, you will support compliance duties, maintain certifications, manage documentation, and assist in audits, all while contributing to a dynamic tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Certification Compliance by maintaining and updating all required product and process certifications.
• Collaborate Across Teams to align documentation and procedures with certification requirements and regulatory standards.
• Manage Compliance Records by developing and maintaining a comprehensive database of compliance records, including certifications, test reports, and audit outcomes.
• Monitor Compliance by staying informed about industry regulations and internal policies to ensure ongoing compliance across all departments.
• Report and Audit by preparing and submitting compliance reports to regulatory bodies and assisting in planning, scheduling, and conducting audits.
• Drive Improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing compliance processes and collaborating with the QA team to implement necessary improvements.

Requirements

• AA/BA degree or certification in Quality Assurance or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the consumer electronics industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with EU(GPSR) and Amazon compliance requirements.
• Strong skills in document control and management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Quality Management System.
