About the position

The Product Configuration Analyst plays a crucial role in implementing system configurations and providing ongoing support to ensure the successful delivery of technology-enabled solutions to clients. This position involves analyzing business requirements, configuring systems based on client needs, and driving process enhancements to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Configure systems for client use based on documented client requirements using programming logic and techniques
  • Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for system configuration that will result in optimum user experience and maximized product value
  • Assist the client management team with investigation and resolution of technical system issues
  • Recreate, analyze, and resolve configuration issues in a timely manner through root cause analysis
  • Complete internal quality assurance and user acceptance testing for work product
  • Identify improvement opportunities and work cross-functionally to drive process enhancements in order to deliver best in class service to clients
  • Promote performance excellence by demonstrating integrity, dedication, fairness, and accountability
  • Contribute to the achievement of Convey goals and objectives by performing other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Demonstrated understanding of programming and software system logic and functionality
  • Experience with Agile methods of software development
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization, including senior leaders and C-suite executives
  • Excellent documentation skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Superior organization and time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to apply critical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment with potential interruptions
  • Ability to manage small, medium, and large-scale projects while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Team player who contributes to the success of the department and company

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the Medicare Managed Care environment preferred, but not required
  • Project management certification or three (3) or more years of experience in a comparable or complementary position leading projects
