About the position

As a Product Content Marketing Manager at Airwallex, you will be instrumental in shaping and communicating the value of our products to a global audience. This role involves leading the strategy, development, and execution of all product-related content. You will report directly to the Global Head of Brand and Content, ensuring that our product messaging is not only clear and accurate but also resonates with our target audience. Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling narratives for product releases and updates, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers to translate complex product features into engaging content, and managing both internal and external design resources to produce high-quality materials. In this position, you will develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our product roadmap and business objectives. You will lead the creation of diverse product content formats, including blogs, product guides, videos, and case studies, to support product launches and marketing campaigns. Your role will also involve measuring and analyzing content performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance engagement and reach. Staying updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape will be crucial to ensure that our content remains relevant and impactful. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our product roadmap and business goals.
  • Lead the creation of product content across various formats (blogs, product guides, videos, case studies) to support product launches, updates, and marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers to translate complex product features into compelling, easy-to-understand content.
  • Collaborate with the internal design team to ensure content is visually engaging and adheres to our brand guidelines.
  • Manage relationships with external design and content agencies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Measure and analyze content performance, making data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in the fintech or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies for tech products with a user-first approach.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external agencies.
  • A keen eye for design and a deep understanding of how to use visuals to enhance storytelling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data to inform content strategy and decisions.
