About the position

As a Product Copywriter at Klein Tools, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and the marketing team to create engaging, benefit-driven content that reflects the company's consumer-focused design philosophy. Your role will involve conducting market research, translating technical features into persuasive copy, and optimizing content for SEO to enhance visibility and traffic. You will maintain brand voice consistency across various channels while continuously improving product messaging based on customer feedback and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing team to develop an understanding of target audiences and competitive landscape.
• Write and edit product descriptions, packaging copy, and other product-related content that highlights key benefits.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all product messaging by sourcing data from multiple stakeholders.
• Optimize product copy for SEO to drive organic traffic while maintaining readability and brand voice.
• Monitor product copy performance through customer feedback and analytics, making necessary improvements.
• Liaise with language translation vendor for designated projects to ensure translations are complete for product launch assets.
• Create and curate a database of copy style guides and product vocabulary to streamline processes.
