About the position

The Product Data Analyst will be part of the special orders team at Steelcase, focusing on the creation and maintenance of product data models. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure product data integrity, which is crucial for efficient order specification, pricing, manufacturing, and shipping, ultimately enhancing product profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design, load, and validate data representation of product models on MDM, PLM, ERP, PIM, and DAM systems.
• Ensure consistency between databases and publications to maintain product data integrity.
• Support product development, order fulfillment, life-cycle maintenance, customer service, specials, pricing, order planning and scheduling, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to problem-solve and coordinate product data management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering) or equivalent military experience.
• 9 years of experience in product information management, master data management, or product lifecycle management.
• Experience with product databases/systems such as MDM, PLM, ERP, PIM, and/or DAM.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Windchill PLM software is preferred.
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
