We are looking to hire our first Product Data Analyst to spearhead our center of excellence for data analytics. This pivotal role will empower our product, engineering, customer service, marketing, and executive teams by providing insightful data analysis, regular reporting, and self-service tools. The Product Data Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to identify data needs, leading data projects, and transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact on our operations and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with various teams to identify data needs and methodologies.
  • Lead data projects independently, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collect, structure, and interpret complex data into actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to communicate performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain data models to support business functions.
  • Use tools like Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and Metabase for data management and analysis.
  • Automate processes and optimize data delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a data analyst role; 2+ years with large datasets and enterprise data warehouse solutions.
  • Expert in SQL and familiarity with data tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Metabase.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven project management skills with a focus on autonomy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
