About the position

The Product Data Analyst will play a crucial role in the furniture manufacturing industry by facilitating and coordinating the creation and maintenance of product data models. This position requires a strong understanding of data analysis, particularly within the SAP environment, to support various functions including product development, order fulfillment, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate the creation and maintenance of product data models for new and existing products.
• Analyze data and understand the Order-to-Ship process within SAP.
• Design, load, and validate data representation of product models on the SAP product database.
• Support product development, order fulfillment, life-cycle maintenance, customer service, specials, pricing, order planning and scheduling, and inventory management.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel or similar tools to manipulate complex or large data sets.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in a related field preferred (i.e., Data Management, MIS, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or Engineering).
• Experience with data analysis.
• SAP (SAP S4 Hana) trained or experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Access.
• New graduates or soon to graduate with a bachelor's degree, as well as individuals with a 4-year degree and 1-2 years of work experience accepted.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding of SAP Variant Configuration methods and techniques.
• Ability to develop rules containing executable code.
• Proficiency in the use of Excel, Access, and various Mass Loading Tools for Data Loading.
