At ADS, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Data Analyst to take ownership of our product data management. This pivotal role is essential for optimizing our product data to improve business outcomes and enhance customer experience. The Product Data Analyst will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for product data management, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product information, and collaborating cross-functionally with various teams. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering a key part of our customer experience, as we believe that accurate and complete product data is fundamental to achieving customer satisfaction. The Product Data Analyst will develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy for managing product data throughout its lifecycle, from acquisition to retirement. This includes establishing and enforcing robust data governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity, security, and quality. The role also involves overseeing the end-to-end management of product data, including its collection, storage, maintenance, and utilization. The analyst will define and enforce data standards and taxonomies to ensure consistency and uniformity in product information, driving efforts to integrate product data across systems and platforms for seamless data flow and interoperability. In addition, the Product Data Analyst will implement mechanisms to monitor, measure, and improve the quality of product data through data cleansing, deduplication, and validation. Utilizing advanced analytics and data visualization techniques, the analyst will derive insights from product data to drive data-driven decision-making. Collaboration with internal teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and IT, is essential to align data management efforts with business objectives. The analyst will also ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing the management and use of product data, such as GDPR and industry-specific requirements. Continuous improvement initiatives will be led to enhance data management processes, workflows, and technologies, ultimately improving efficiency and effectiveness.
