About the position

The Product Delivery Manager for Acquisition Offers & Capabilities (AOC) is responsible for enhancing and optimizing product delivery processes to improve customer experiences. This role involves leading end-to-end product delivery, managing dependencies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementations. The manager will work across various product groups to support planning, delivery, and strategic needs, while also ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting.
  • Complete change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
  • Manage key documentation across area products including roadmaps, budget, planning, and headcount.
  • Advise on efficiencies and processes to improve team and quad functions.
  • Assist and/or lead special projects to support broader product initiatives.
  • Act as the single point of contact with the product portfolio team, providing input on ongoing processes, meetings, and documents.
  • Connect dots across the Acquisition Offers & Capabilities (AOC) product to drive key conversations and propose enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Strong understanding of delivery with a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, including deployment processes and strategies.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, adaptable to different audience sizes and levels.
  • Ability to handle changes and unplanned situations, finding resolutions to gaps and problems.
  • Proactive in providing feedback to teams, peers, and leadership.
  • Enjoys translating strategic thinking into written communication.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Previous financial services experience.
