About the position

As a Product Delivery Manager in Acquisition Offers & Capabilities (AOC) at JPMorgan Chase, you will shape the future of product delivery by crafting solutions that enhance customer experiences. This role involves leading end-to-end processes, managing dependencies, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure successful product implementations. You will work across various product groups to support major planning, delivery, and strategic needs, ensuring that products remain healthy and successful.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting.
  • Complete change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers and ensuring adequate resourcing.
  • Manage key documentation across area products including roadmaps, budget, planning, and headcount.
  • Advise on efficiencies and processes to improve team and quad functions.
  • Assist and/or lead special projects to support broader product initiatives.
  • Act as the single point of contact with the product portfolio team, providing input on ongoing processes and documentation.
  • Connect dots across the AOC product to drive key conversations and raise enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Strong understanding of delivery with a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management and deployment processes.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Ability to handle changes and find resolutions in unplanned situations.
  • Proactive in providing feedback to teams and leadership.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, particularly in written communication.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Previous financial services experience.
