About the position

The Product Delivery Manager for Personalization is responsible for shaping the future of product delivery by crafting solutions that enhance customer experiences. This role involves leading end-to-end processes, managing dependencies, and liaising with stakeholders to drive successful product launches and exceed customer expectations. The manager will work within the Acquisitions Marketing Platform to optimize product delivery and ensure high-quality implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting.
  • Manage change management activities across functional partners, ensuring adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers and ensuring adequate resourcing.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and functional partners across various teams including Product Owners, Technology, Design, Brand, Data & Analytics, and Legal & Compliance.
  • Support planning and analysis, ensuring capacity and resource alignment, and oversee project execution while reporting status to senior management.
  • Provide reporting, analytical, communications, and project support to senior leaders.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Strong understanding of delivery with a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, deployment processes, and strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management, Agile methodologies, and Jira.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills targeting various stakeholders and senior management.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectives.
  • Data-driven and analytical, with a creative thinking approach.
