About the position

The IT Product Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of equipment and engineering work for the IT Infrastructure Department in a timely and cost-efficient manner. This role involves defining and deploying an end-to-end process that encompasses annual planning, vendor management, and installation activities to ensure successful infrastructure installations in new Data Centers.

Responsibilities

• Agree with D&C on activities to support infrastructure installation in new Data Centers.
• Coordinate with Engineering on activities for life cycle management.
• Collaborate with IT Service Operations for equipment installation at locations.
• Work with Finance on funding and cost allocation models.
• Develop playbooks for IT delivery and life cycle management activities.
• Agree on the annual plan for infrastructure installation with the D&C department.
• Build and optimize an overall plan for activities at each location.
• Select global vendors for delivery and installation tasks as per the playbook.
• Agree on procurement, delivery, installation, and invoicing processes with vendors.
• Process orders on behalf of Design and Construction or IT Infrastructure departments.
• Oversee the quality of execution for ordered activities.
• Facilitate vendor comparisons and selections for required products/services.
• Manage outstanding contracts with vendors and oversee renewal or termination processes.
