About the position

The IT Product Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of equipment and engineering work for the IT Infrastructure Department. This role involves defining and deploying an end-to-end process that spans from annual planning of activities to the completion of installations at various locations, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery.

Responsibilities

• Set up the IT Delivery Process by coordinating with various departments including Design & Construction, Engineering, IT Service Operations, and Finance.
• Develop playbooks for IT delivery and life cycle management activities.
• Establish the Annual Planning for infrastructure installation and life cycle management in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Optimize the overall plan to minimize location visits and maintain it based on the latest changes.
• Select global vendors for delivery and installation tasks, agreeing on processes and pricing.
• Process orders on behalf of Design and Construction or IT Infrastructure departments, overseeing quality execution and handling invoicing.
• Facilitate vendor selection and procurement processes, ensuring alignment on final selections and legal agreements.
• Manage outstanding contracts with vendors, overseeing expiration dates and initiating renewal or termination processes.
