About the position

As a Product Delivery Manager in the Acquiring Platform & Rails Program Management Office at JPMorgan Chase, you will shape the future of product delivery by crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. This role involves leading end-to-end processes, managing dependencies, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure successful product implementations. You will serve as the trusted voice of objective analysis on progress, risks, issues, and other delivery challenges, driving collaboration across multiple stakeholders to address program limitations and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting.
  • Drive collaboration across multiple stakeholders to address program or product limitations, issues, or risks.
  • Drive executive reporting and understanding of critical issues or blockers.
  • Lead the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
  • Contribute to business climate and culture, encouraging integrity, respect, excellence, and innovation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player who can collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively and multitask successfully in a fast-paced and complex business environment.

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
