About the position

The Product Demonstrator position is a part-time role focused on sampling products for suppliers within a Sam's Club location. The demonstrator engages customers by introducing them to new products through tastings and demonstrations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards while working in a fun and flexible environment. This role offers opportunities for career advancement and includes training to prepare associates for their responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers to communicate key points about products.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety requirements while preparing samples (cook, process, plate, serve).
• Working with the team to achieve sales goals for the products.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age (Alcohol and Production requires 18+).
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on days worked.
• The ability to safely use appliances (microwave, toaster oven, hot plate).
• The ability to stand to perform the event for the duration of the event.
