About the position

As a part of Ramsey Trusted, you will be leading the charge in creating a fantastic user experience for our fans in the real estate space. This role is foundational in casting the vision for the product design team, doing one's part in continuing our mission of bringing hope in every walk of life. You will be working within a creative team of over 135 individuals, including 3 Product Designers and Visual Designers on your immediate team. Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping the user experience and ensuring that our products resonate with our audience. In this position, you will choose research methods that align with product outcomes, furthering our mission of making quality products that impact our fans and change lives. You will identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to user experience, creating detailed summaries of user insights and consistently sharing them with the squad and stakeholders. Your role will also involve rapidly creating mock-ups and prototypes at appropriate fidelity levels to visually communicate and test solutions. Conducting usability tests using tools like HotJar and heat maps to gather user feedback and validate design decisions will be essential, as will making iterations in reaction to said feedback. Collaboration is key in this role; you will encourage cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing, investing time in building rapport and understanding individual strengths on the team. Making timely decisions to keep the team moving forward and clearly communicating the rationale behind those decisions will be critical to your success in this position.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UX, UI, and Figma.
  • Ability to think outside the box and consider multiple angles to solve problems.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to respectfully push back on ideas.
