About the position

The Product Designer role within the Privacy and Trustworthy AI Team focuses on creating compliant product experiences for a global customer base. The position involves a mix of design work, collaboration, and meetings, with an emphasis on delivering designs that align with compliance and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Systematically work through a prioritized list of projects to complete CELA/compliance-approved designs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, PM, Design, and other partners for implementation of designs.
• Engage in heads-down design work, meetings, and team collaboration as part of the operating rhythm.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively to navigate project constraints and compliance updates.

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall experience in product design.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Figma proficiency and component libraries.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and executing end-to-end product design.
• Strong time management skills and experience working with stakeholders.
• Project management experience and ability to present prior roles effectively.
